Bad experience.

I am really unhappy with my experience with Wakealot. Firstly I ordered what was on the website only to be told that they did not have stock of both items. I paid immediately and was expecting a smooth transaction. Chad Jacobsohn contacted me and explained the no stock issue and offered me alternatives. Not ideal but I accepted.

Chad dropped me and never called me back after our first discussion where I agreed to take the alternatives he mentioned. (I am sure he said there would be no additional cost to me however I do not have this in writing).

When I contacted Wakealot via email, Garth Holmes send me a reply saying he would send me confirmation when the warehouse was finalizing the order. I also had to pay in R230 which I did in minutes. I expected that this was for both alternatives Tube and tow rope.

My order specifically included an O-Brien 2 person tow rope.

When I got the email that the order was dispatched I noticed that only the tube was included and that there was no tow rope. I naively hoped that it would be included in the delivery and that this was just an admin glitch.

I received the package today and only the tube was included. I am really disappointed and will most definitely not be recommending that anyone use your site.
