Unhelpful manager refusing to stamp parking ticket

This afternoon i took two children to Wakaberry in Umhlanga. Our normal routine is to stamp the parking ticket when we pay for the wakaberry then enjoy our frozen yogurt before heading home. On asking if my ticket could be stamped the cashier said she wasn't sure. So she called the manager who then said they only had that promotion a year ago (bear in mind that i had my ticket stamped there a week ago and many times before). I explained that i had my ticket stamped for free parking last week and he rudely said \Well we don't do that for our customers anymore."he explained that on Monday they had a meeting and the parking company no longer allowed it. So naturally I asked the lady at the exit booth of the parking if that was the case and she said there have been no meetings and they do still accept the stamps on the parking ticket from Wakaberry. I am appalled at the unfriendliness and lack of help from the manager. My 6 year old even got in the car and asked \""why the man was so rude\""."""
