GREAT SERVICE OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARD

On Saturday - 20/06/2015 approximately 7pm - we visited your branch at the Liberty Mall. I was pleasantly blessed with the service rendered by your staff, a young man whose name i neglected to record. <br> Whilst my Baby was enjoying her Waka she sat on a plastic chair in your store which mangled under the pressure of her weight thus causing her to unfortunately slip of the chair spilling her delightful treat. well that was the end of that, So we thought. We were surprisingly approached by this young man who offered my baby a waka at no extra cost and also offered to assist her. I was blown away at this high level of service. Service of this nature is never experienced in SA. Thank you to your company and the Special People at Liberty Mall. I am still amazed, Great Product, Great Service.
