Broken hearts

Two weeks ago my husband and I took a drive to Umhlanga, we had three kids with us ageing from 4 to 7 years old. They wanted Wakaberry the sign outside said OPEN but the door was locked we asked the guy can we come in and he said sure no problem, at this point everyone was excited with their bowls etc only to have a woman with no manners scare them in the abrupt tone stating they can't put the machines off and the manager said it isn't their problem. In a service industry I would like to understand how is it that heartbroken kids are not your PROBLEM!!! I'm disgusted with the pathetic manner these people were trained. Since then none of my family members or friends have purchased from there they know us well as we always there. Highly dissapointed!
