Terrible post sale service rendered by Wakaba and Partners

I received terrible post sale service from Wakaba and Partners. They were assigned to disemburse the proceeds from the sale of our house. Our house was sold and registered last week and they still have not paid us our due funds. They paid everyone except ourselves and those are our funds.

Their excuse was the the real estate agent from Realnet asked them to withold R4500 to pay our previous tenants rentals. Wakaba and Partners did not even bother to find out from our tenants whether we had paid them rentals due, which we have. I called them every day this week and I was told that Mr Wakaba would pay out our funds, he has not paid out to this day. This is theft of the highest degree, he is sitting on our funds and has not even called us to let us know why. We were told by his employees that he has transferred the money, but they have not even sent proof of payment. This is terrible service rendered
