Overcharged
To: Waist Wrapp SA Management From: Takalani Date: 26 July 2026 Subject: Complaint Regarding Price Discrepancy - 25 July 2026 Good day, I visited your store on 25 July 2026 at around 10:30. I wanted to purchase the Katy panty. The service I received from the ladies in store was very good and I appreciate that. However, I have a concern regarding pricing. The price I was charged in store does not correspond with the price advertised on your WhatsApp Business page. I feel I was overcharged. In retail, the rule is "the price you see is the price you pay". Because of this price difference I decided to hold back on ordering other items that I liked. After I raised my concern, the owner called to explain and immediately the price was changed. I am requesting the following: 1. A refund of the difference between the price I paid and the advertised WhatsApp price. 2. Clarity on your correct pricing so this does not happen to other customers. Please advise how we can resolve this within 48 hours. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kind regards, Takalani ***

Disappointed and Let Down by Waist Wrap SA – I Just Wanted My Order
I placed an order with Waist Wrap SA on Monday, 27 October, paid R200 for overnight delivery, and received the wrong item. After multiple delays and broken promises, the incorrect garment was collected via courier on 6 November—but I still haven’t received the correct item. Instead of fulfilling the order, the merchant unilaterally decided to issue a refund, despite my repeated requests for the correct item to be delivered. I did not request a cancellation—I simply wanted the correct product delivered on time for a function. This was clearly communicated, yet they showed no urgency or care. The refund process has now created further confusion: • I paid using my debit card via the Payflex platform, but I do not have a Payflex account. • The merchant insists the refund was processed via Payflex and should reflect immediately. • I asked: “The payment was made via Payflex as that is your platform. I do not have a Payflex account and used my debit card. So will Payflex refund the money into my debit card?” • I have not received a clear answer, and the refund has not reflected in my account. • I now logged a call with payflex to try and get my money back, their turnaround time to respond to my query is 72 days + I cannot believe this company just decided on their own to cancel my order and give me a “refund” I am extremely disappointed. I’ve wasted time going back and forth on WhatsApp, received no proper communication, and ultimately ended up with no garment and no money. This experience reflects unacceptable service, broken trust, and poor customer care. I now had to contact payflex to see how this can be resolved. I expect a full refund to my original payment method and a formal apology.
