3 months now and Still waiting for my Waist trainer

I ordered a waist trainer from Waist Training Goddess after seeing them on Instagram. I was then forwarded the price and banking details via Whatsapp. I deposited the amount of R650 on the 12th of July 2017 and forwarded the proof of payment to them. The lady then messaged me asking for the size and address for delivery, AND THAT WAS IT. I waited and waited, the trainer was never delivered. Now she is ignoring my Whatsapp and Insta messages(the only methods of communication they use), yet they are still marketing their trainers on Instagram, urging people to "Train that waist".
