A cry for help

I have never received such poor service in my life. I ordered a waist trainer from Waist Trainer SA on the 04/10/209 and made the full payment of R600 , further promised delivery by 11/10 close of business . To my surprise, 13 Days from day of purchase and still no delivery received and no communication on the reasons of delay. I am very upset as i tried all ways possible to contact them for a follow up but the contact details on their website are not working no their whatsaap. numbers. Such ******* of our hard earned money and have no decency to at least advise of the inconvenience caused and reason for delay. I really hope they get sued for ******** people like this .
