Waist trainer SA ABSOLUTE ****!!!!

I ordered a waist trainer and I waited a whole week and a half for delivery. To my dismay, they delivered the wrong trainer. I told Sam about it this and she brushed it off like it was okay (very unapologetically). Three weeks later I’m still stuck with a floral large sized trainer after paying R500 for a small zip trainer. I’m being blue ticked on WhatsApp and ignored on emails. Their service is absolute trash!! ****!!!!!!
