Theft

I ordered 2x waist trainers xs from “waist trainer SA” on the 29th Oct 2019. On the 4th of November my order arrived, but only one waist trainer was in the package and this was with “the courier guy” the company they use for delivery/shipping. I asked and he said I should contact the number on the slip, which I did I called her (Sameenah). She has not picked up my calls I’ve sent her an emails too to back up all my calls made to her also with proof of the order and I was charged for two and if she cannot give me the Other product(waist trainer) which I’ve been already charged for then my money should be returned coz it’s theft. I contacted her on Instagram as well and until today she has not said anything to me. I don’t know how she does her business but this doesn’t look good and I just want my money back or the waist trainer I already paid for. Her contact number: ***/ www.waisttrainer.co.za
