<p style="color: #555555;">I ordered a waist trainer on 6 April 2017 online from WaisttrainerSA (www.waisttrainer.co.za/) for R500 (inclusive of delivery cost R99). I waited for a week or so for delivery the day after payment after delivery, so maybe at least the week of the 18th, excluding holidays, because they only deliver on working days. So in that week I asked for an update and all they told me was lies, total bul****. I got a 2-4 days/3-5days and an apology. So after. The 5 working days I emailed and asked for a detailed update. I still got the same ****. </p> <p style="color: #555555;">They then sent me an email with a tracking number for The Courier Guy. I punched in the tracking number and I got response saying no packages handled here. I munched and told them its untraceable. They said they'd sort that out for me.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">Then I got days in when I'd receive my package last week. The week went by and I was meant to receive it this week. Its Friday night and still nothing. I emailed them this morning and they rep**** and said next week. </p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">Earlier I munched emailed and ranted on social media and tagged them. To find that they blocked me on social media.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">I sent them my proof of payment and I am aware of the holidays we've had. But theyve **** to me continuously. I regret having bought the waste trainer online and especially from them. I tried calling and they are not answering my calls. </p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">I just want my money back and I'll buy a waisttrainer from someone else or other company, because supporting them is useless.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">I thought this was a legit company but with the **** I'm going through I hope they fail. I cannot believe this happened. </p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">The service is so **** that I am the one contacting them about details and they aren't contacting me. They respond with lies. </p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">If anyone what's to purchase anything from them THINK TWICE and find someone else legit. A recommendation from someone you know. </p>
