Pathetic service

<p>I have made contact with the company a few times. they only have an email and whatsapp. I was promised a product for the delay in my order. I got my order and only the 2 products that i order was in the package. I spoke to the person on whatsapp Sam. she told me that the peace offering product is sent out that week (25 Aug 2016). on the 15th Sep 2016 I got in contact with her VIA whatsapp informing her that I still haven’t received the product, no response. 20th Sep 2016 sent another whatsapp no response. Went and wrote a review on the facebook page Waist trainer SA. They removed my review and removed me from the page. Sent them an email on the 22nd Sep 2016 informing them about their service and informed them to get back to me by the 29th Sep 2016. Still no response. For a first time customer this is very poor service. No i understand why they only have good review on their page because they remove bad reviews to look good. </p> <p> </p> <p>I don’t want the product any more they can shove that. their email address is ********** <p>I want an apology from them…</p>
