<p>I decided to get a waist trainer from this store, which is situated in CPT(South Africa), for my best friend. Her birthday was approaching and I thought that it would be the perect gift to give her since, I had always failed to buy her a gift on time. I ordered items one week in advance and I had been promised a delivery within 5 days of my purchase. I payed for the items on the 13th of Dec, and I only received confirmation of payment on the 15th, after emailing them at least 3 times, which was my first red flag. Other online companies alert you of your payment, if not the same day- latest- the day after the purchase . I later queried about ordering the wrong size waist trainer, but I had never been rep**** to say that they have received my query, and stated whether it is feasible or not. </p> <p> </p> <p>This item has shifted titles.. from a birthday present to hopefully a Christmas present to maybe a gift for boxing day.. but now it is just an item that is overdue and I am furious. It has been 13 days since my order and 11 days since the confirmation of payment. I want my items and I want them now!</p>
