Disgusting service !

I’m very disgusted by the service I’m getting from Waist trainer SA . It’s honestly very upsetting! They claim orders take 4-7days to be processed and delivered . It’s been over 7days now and I haven’t received my order . Nor did I even get any sort of communication from them . I kept sending this Sam lady WhatsApp messages asking about my order and she has been ignoring me .

I sent them an email to say I’m not happy with their service . Instead of them apologizing and explaining what’s going on , they sent an email back saying my order cannot be fulfilled and they will send me a refund within 3 to 5 working days . Really ???

To make matters worse , They went on to block me from Instagram!!

I waited so long for them to deliver my order and only now they are telling me they will refund me and I have to wait more days ????

This is a **** !! And I hope they Pay back my money !! I regret ordering online with these people !
