<p>I posted a complaint regarding their ********** service as I ordered a brush set which I never received. They don't reply on hp but email me to ask for bank details & have the audacity to tell me I must wait a further 10 working days for my refund for their mess up because waisttrainer . co .za t/a ZMSH PTY LTD could not honor the terms on their site for delivery & now they impose a waiting period on me for their MESS UP!!!!! I PAID THEM 17/12/2016 NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM? BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & WHEN THEY MESS UP MAKE YOU WAIT FOR YOUR MONEY BACK! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ON SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. </p>
