Beware of waisttrainer.co.za t/a ZMSH PTY LTD - over promises & under livers

<p>I am writing this to inform the public how waisttrainer . co . za t/a ZMSH PTY LTD conducts business. They are quick to take my money as I placed an order online on the 17/12/2016 for a set of make up brushes incl a delivery fee which have to date, according to their last correspondence with me, have not even yet left their warehouse nevermind been delivered. According to their site, delivery takes 5-6 working days & of course still no goods. I am livid & so embarrassed as this purchase was meant to be a gift which never arrived! I emailed them to request an immediate refund but they have not even responded. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY SO THAT I CAN DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT TAKES SERVICE SERIOUSLY.</p> <p> </p> <p>You have my email address, I await your response.</p>
