<p>Placed order on the 3rd Jan 2017, now this was to be delivered to me via aramex. The first alert should have been when they advise they can only send goods on friday, I mean really courier is meant to be quicker but still gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was advised I'd receive my parcel on the 10th Jan 2017, no tracking number was sent to me nor was there any communication about my parcel until I contacted them to find out about my delivery and I was again given the run around and eventually sent a tracking number that is invalid. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund on the 11th Jan 2017. I was promised a refund if I don't receive the parcel by 17:00 on the 12th Jan 2017, 17:00 came and went no delivery tracking number still invalid. I requested my refund and was given many stories. 13th Jan 2016, no parcel no refund and yet Itu Moshime and Portia Zoey Le'khuleni have the odesity to tell me if they shouldn't have gone the extra mile to tracking my parcel if they knew it wouldn't be worth it and yet they can themselves professional. They topped this off with a voice recording of some guy supposedly from aramex telling them the tracking number is invalid hmmm. All I want is my money back nothing more nothing less. On the 13/01/2017 was accused of refusing delivey and then sent a recording that confirms no delivery was made nor had anyone contacted me from the courier company, not sure what the point of this was, as all it did was prove yet again that they are big chancers. On the 16/01/2017 again accused of receiving and signing for goods, accompanied with screen shot that shows goods in transit, now either they can't read or completely dillusional which ever one I want my money back from these ********.
