Wailako sleepy hollow

I have already complained about these people - I booked and paid to stay there in January for 5 nights and on arriving at Wailako Guest House realised the place was not as shown in pictures on the website - it was shabby and dirty and I would not stay there - so I left immediately I sent Booking.com an email to say that I was not happy and that I should be refunded the R6000 I paid - I HAVE TO DATE NOT YET RECEIVED MY REFUND
