So called EXPERTS

On the 2 October i had a accident, the car is a write off. Outsurance made me sign a document giving Waidler permission to extract infomation stored on the key or computer box of my BMW. Last week thursday my claim was rejected due to Waidlers report that the accident did not happen on 2 Oct but their findings was 27 Sep 2017. Well i email them to ask how they could make such a mistake but still have not received a reply. I put in a dispute with Outsurance as they only told me last thursday what Waidler said and by Friday i had video fotage showing my car driving in Evander on 2 Oct 2017. These so called experts that the insurance use, how many people have been cheated due to their incompetance. I so far have 1 Photo taken by my daugter, CCTV footage from ENGEN garage and about 11 witnesses that saw or were in my car after the 27 . Well the car is a total mess and cant drive, so how was it that it was till the night of the 2 Oct 2017. I would with pleasure like Waidler to try take me on about this matter as i will and am going to let EVERY insurance company know how useless they are.
