Worst High-End Grooming Kit Ever

<p>I purchased a Wahl Lithium Iron Grooming kit and not even 3 months later it has broken, the spring of some sort has snapped causing the whole shaving mechanism to just fall out.</p> <p>I'm honestly so disappointed because it is meant to be a high-end grooming kit and i wish I'd gone for Philips if this is the quality you produce.</p> <p>I took it back to the merchant i purchased it from and they're saying they're unable to help, Clicks, because I don't have the original receipt however did take them a bank statement showing the date I purchased it.</p> <p>On top of this, it broke halfway through shaving and I had to ask a friend to bring around something for me to finish off shaving which caused me to be late for meetings.</p> <p>One purchases luxury items like this to avoid these situations in life, and then I get told no one can help because I don't have the original receipt? Why is it my fault your company is producing such bad quality kits!!</p> <p>And to add the cherry on top, the machine didn't even make it through a recharge cycle, how sad is that.</p>
