Poor quality

Good day. I have a complaint. I have bought the Wahl Clean and Confident precision detailer. After using it 3 times it stopped working. I returned it to Clicks and got another one thinking that one was just faulty. But yet again after the 3rd use it stopped working. Wahl has always been a trusted brand and that is the reason I bought it. But the quality is very poor. I have tried putting a new battery but the device is not working. This is totally unacceptable. On the box it shows 2 years garantee but ywice I could only use it 3 times bot even completely. You should then rather state on the packaging that it is a disposable and will only last for +- 3 uses. R200.00 is not expensive but it will become expensive if you have to keep on buying a new one or go and exchange it everytime. It is just not exceptable and causes your clients inconvenience.
