Do not trust WAHL advertisments

I Bought a WAHL Dog Grooming Kit less than a year ago and used it once. My dogs go to the parlour very often so I only used it once. When I tried to use it the second time, it would not cut the hair. I took it back to Dischem where I bought it and they sent it in to Wahl. Dischem phoned me back and said they heard from wahl and they say the blades are blunt.

What a laugh. On the outside packaging it clearly say . 1. Trimming and touch-ups 2. Snag free Cutting. (Self- sharpening blades) 3. Color coded guides.

Now how can blades be blunt if they are self sharpening blades?????????
