Waggs order never recieved
I paid for a an order on the 13 January 2023. I have emailed a few times and phoned the call center and was just told twice they don't know why my order has not been sent. I am struggling to get hold of them now and would like to be refunded.

09 Feb 2023, 20:39Update: my order arrived today 9 Feb 2023. What I don't understand is why it takes a hello peter review to finally get my order. All they had to do was keep me up to date with the order. eg. Hi we are sorry we have not been able to source the goods OR we know you have been waiting for weeks would you like a refund OR would you like to replace your order with something else.
Any kind of interaction would have been nice because you start wondering if you have been had.
I won't order from them again - I would rather pay more to get my goods on time and know I will actually get them. There are AMAZING online pet stores out there - this just isn't worth the stress.
