Stay away from ordering products from WAGGS

These guys are absolutely shocking. I paid for my products over three weeks ago. They promised me delivery ‘in 5-7 days because we have a backlog’ after 10 days went by without an update I emailed and got told it will be sent soon. I emailed again three days later and got told a tracking number will be sent the next day. That was 5 days ago. I have sent another email but now I haven’t had a reply for three days. I tried to call and the voice answering service says they are ‘South Africa’s favourite online store’ but every option you choose rings off after holding for some time. I do not know where my money is and I haven’t received what I have paid for despite being promised it will get sent multiple times.
