Worst online pet store! Placed order on 19 Dec 2022. To date, no products and no replies even after several mail attempts and tel phone calls. Finally spoke to Petro/ Eve...were informed another 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Informed them i want a FULL refund on credit card.
