Laughable service.

Ordered an item on 11th April, 2023. I was told that stock is at a backlog and I was happy to wait for it. In retrospect, that was my mistake and the start of my nightmare with this company. Feedback to the customer simply is not a priority for them. I started emailing them once a month to keep track of my order. On the 11th September, after it was clear that they had no clue when the stock will arrive, I requested a refund. Today is the 30th of October and still no refund. I am now emailing them once a week, however they are now just ignoring my emails. Shocking company, shocking service. Avoid at all costs!
