Wag24 disappointed me

Good Evening .. I joined an online crowdfunding community that's meant two assist individuals financially in achieving their goals through donations made directly between participants. Okay so I have deposited R200 into the account and I ws said to receive R1000 . I joined in the month of March till to date I have not received anything . I have been sending messages via Facebook and wtsapp requesting for the link so that I can see how far along the groups are . Is there anything I can do about this situation . Im not getting any feedback from wag24 ...
