Poor service with bad attitude

My mother took her Kenwood Mayor for a service as she has done for the past TWENTY years on 18/9/2017. She paid R980 for this. Receiving back a fully serviced machine. The next morning she started baking only to find black oil everywhere. She took back her machine where Wab acknowledged the brushes they put in was defective and they would fix the problem. She fetched the machine started agter 3 days. Again she started it up and low and behold the machine made a terrible noice. Again she took back the machine on 27/9/2017. She only got the machine back today 14 /11/2017! Still broken, no brushes inside. Wab is claiming a service part THEY put in on 12/3/2015 is the cause of the problem and my mom needs to pay another R1750 for them to fix the mistake.

Do not get caught by this pathetic service.
