Do not pay upfront. No delivery. No money back!!

My 77 year old father sold his house and need the electrical COC. He contacted Wynand ***ner) who came, gave him a quote and asked for a 70% deposit payment upfront. The full amount less R 50.00 was paid into the suppliers account on 15/5/15 via EFT. Work to be done on 18/5/15. Supplier did not arrive, no phone call. When followed up, he said that his father had passed away in KZN - postponed for a week. Kept postponing weekly until 22/6/15, giving various reasons.
