Bought an Item on 28th April 2020.

No tracking number or any response. When you message asking where the item they say the busy packing and they have a lot of item to Pack and sanitize. They say they posting tracking numbers "tomorrow " and then make you wait 1 week.

They say they shipping items when it was paid and now they switched to volumetric weight. I bought one item which weighs 2.1kg. where is it?? Very quick to sell items and host auctions but can't ship items bought months ago.

WHERE IS MY ITEM?????

Before lockdown,we posted clear terms & conditions regarding auctions during lockdown.By bidding,you accepted these terms,and knew that all items will be shipped AFTER lockdown.If we ****,where do all the thousands of tracking numbers come from posted on all groups each week?Get your facts straight.

You'll said the ps4 got damaged so i could either take something else or a refund i said ill take a refund of R4526.
It's now 2 months later and no money.
