WA Auctions contact information
I am trying to make contact with management and have received confirmations from admin lady that I will be called by him. Nothing has happened since 19 June when I was told that he would contact me. There are no alternative contact numbers. The number provided for admin as per the recent CEO letter is not answered. I am not getting my items shipped since February and every week the admin lady confirms that it will be sent and that she will post the tracking list with my number on it. I am now requesting the CEO formally to contact me that we can resolve the matter.

21 Oct 2020, 17:30So after we concluded that we will refund you, and admin DOES talk to you, you still put this on? Out of ALL the times you bought, and recieved all goods, you want to write a bad review, but never ONCE complimented the company for ALL the goods you have recieved??

21 Oct 2020, 18:04Your response says alot... I am merely requesting to speak to management as the Admin (who probably wrote the response) is not helpful in providing accurate information. This post was done way before you decided to refund me (and you are not refunding me for all outstanding items). I am still waiting for items since Feb and you have not refunded me since you said you would on 14 September. You removed me from your groups so I cant even see tracking numbers. You are not responding to my questions on Whatsapp. What other choice do I have?
