WA Auctions are ********

Update from previous post. I participated and won on 2 separate auctions on Whatsapp. I received invoices for the items, paid and waited for my products to be delivered. After many Whatsapp messages and plenty of "stories", from admin, I received part of the items on my 1st invoice. Since then a multitude of messages have been sent to the admin, some have been answered but most go unanswered until I resend, to which I get more "stories" and empty "promises". Apparently the company is under new management and are reconciling outstanding deliveries. Some of the disgruntled customers have posted their dissatisfaction on the group whilst an auction is in progress only to have their message deleted and the customer is then removed from the group. The latest ploy that the admin and management are doing is advertising the clients that have outstanding monies due, displaying phone numbers and outstanding amounts. Maybe they should put as much energy into sending out items on paid invoices!!!!! I have given up hope of ever receiving my outstanding items. Please do not waste your time and money on this company, YOU WILL BE SORRY
