WA Auctions
Have ordered a couple of items more than a half year back. Only small parts have been delivered every couple of months. They sugested a refund. When asking them on how long it will take to refund they will very quickly yank out the law. Which in there case stated to pay out in 28 days only. Its been far past 28 days and still nothing. When asking them they will just say busy in progress. I have ordered from over seas and it take 2 or 3 weeks but a Company just a couple of km from me in Randburg take months to deliver. Dot not decommend this company.

12 Nov 2020, 21:53Hello WA Auctions. Please note a couple of facts and that you have your facts wrong.
Fact 1- I have paid all my fees within 24 hour after I recieved your invoice(before lock down).
Fact 2-Theres not 1 item outstanding as per your claim but 2 items outstanding(Inverter and PC).
Fact 3-I have NO out standing fees by WA Auctions and I do have proof of my payments and your invoices as well as whatsapp chat.
Fact 4-Please prove to me where I owe you any outstanding on your documents.
WA Auctions keep on playing the "terms and conditions" card where you cannot keep with your terms and conditions. As per our whatsapp msgs you have stated that refund will be made within 21days and that you are now under new managment. Looking at your response just now I am positive that old and new managment does not know what they are doing. If you claim I owe you money why didnt you bring it up on our whatsapp or on mail or on invoice. You are very quick to send an invoice and demand payment. Easy for you to claim I owe you on Hello Peter to make clients believe I am in the wrong. I have all the proof you are in the wrong. Hahaha so unprofesional of you. As I have mentioned in my whatsapp, I just want WA Auctions to ether give me my outstanding items or refund me. I dont care what you choose to do. After that, WA Auctions and myself can part ways for ever. Hope I NEVER do business with your company ever again.
