WA auctions
this company is a ****. They provide whatsapp auctions. I have bought goods from the in May 2020, to date I have not received my delivery. They are very rude when I follow up on my order, I had been told how I expect special treatment over there 9000 customer base. Their delivery policy is 10 days. Of late they tell me that my staff was delivered which I still don't have now the blame is shifted to courier people. I am crazy as I spent R3000 on this transaction during this difficult times. I have no opportunity to call them other than whatsapp which sent automated responses and get ignored

21 Oct 2020, 17:41Nobody ever asked you how do expect special treatment!!! And by bidding during the lockdown, YOU ACCEPTED TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY AFTER LOCKDOWN. And you don't mention that we offered credit for item we cannot supply, but quick to write bad reviews..
