WA Auctions

I bought an item from WA Auctions and they could not deliver due to the item being damaged They gave me an option of refund or credit,I opted for the refund and now waiting since June for this I have been in contact weekly regarding this but the last 3 weeks have not received any response or replies to my messages I am left with no other option but to get lawyers involved to resolve the matter They are active as they have Auctions every week but don't seem to keen to give money back but are quick to send warnings to buyers for non payment or block your no if you question them
