Wa Auction *****

I heard about this WhatsApp auction site called WA Auctions and registered with them. I initially enjoyed the bidding and won several items. Upon receiving the items I noticed mayor *****. Items described on the group is not always the same as items received. An example is: Jumper cables was advertised as 400 Amp: what I got was 200 Amp. Some items were not in the package. I won two different holidays at Mount Amanzi on an auction with them on 30 May 2019 and have not received any voucher or any proof to this day. I also discovered that shill bidding is their mayor practice whereby the seller or seller's agent bids up lots, possibly so that they reach an unnamed reserve, or just to encourage ever-higher bids. In the US shill bidding is a crime of “wire *****” and can lead to 10 years imprisonment. Then the worst thing happened. Orders for which I paid an amount of almost R32000.00 did not arrive. I hooked my trailer and travelled 900 kilos to collect my stuff only to find that they have no offices and operate from a mere household. Yet again they could not supply all my items and I made this trip and expenses in vain. I made several phone calls and all I got was promises and lies. Eventually I was supp**** with a tracking number and found that to be ********** as well. I managed to get a man called Grant on the phone ***) to query my concern. When I asked rather to be refunded he lost his temper and threw horrible abusive language at me and told me to F@ck-off. ( I have all the recordings as proof ) I hereby wish to warn all participants, interested in bidding and buying from this man, to be very careful of losing your hard earned money. My case is not yet solved and I am hoping that this write up will lead to some kind of resolve. I have placed my lawyers on standby should I not receive a resolution by Wednesday, this week.
