I bought items worth R20083.52 from WA Auctions between the 10th & 23rd of April.
Its now over 2 months with no tracking no communication from WA Auctions.
I bought items where were essential on lock-down level, i requested the delivery of those items i was told they can only ship at level 3.
Lock-down Alert Level 3 was announced nothing has since been delivered.
I queried again i was told that they have over 9000 items to ship. That is lunatic excuse, they have clear terms of service which indicate that they ship the parcel between 7 - 10 days. They are very good in lying as they continue selling yet they cannot clear shipping backlog.
They are full excuses claiming they are busy packing yet they ship only once a week to less than 50 customers. They are people who bought item in March who have not received their parcels to date and these guys still in business.
It's now 5 months, no items.
PR is a profession, customer service is also a profession. People ought to protect image of their business through simple basic customer service.
