I purchased items worth R26000 in April 2020. They only delivered items worth R6000. It's now over 6 months of waiting for items which were essentials and could have been delivered at level 5 of Lockdown regulations.

They used to hide behind the curtains of Lockdown regulations levels to justify none delivery of the items even though those items could have been delivered at Level 4 of the lockdown regulations.

At Level 2 of the lockdown regulations I was told their supplier's container was delayed due to Covid-19, when I pressed them on why they sold none existent stock they **** to me again and said they cannot ship my items because they were all damaged.

They then fabricated an escape route by sending me some ***** document acknowledging that they owed me R20000 which has been accredited to my account. I then queried this as I have no account with them.

On the 1st of October they sent me a whatsapp message indicating that the CPA gives them 21 days refund me. It's October 23rd today, they still have not refunded me. They are no longer responding to my messages.
