Incomplete Delivery

Took part on a Whatsapp auction on 27/09/2020 and paid the full invoice on the 29/09/2020. Finally got a parcel on 26/11/2020, but not all goods were received. I reported this to WA Auctioneers and received communication back that this was due to Volumetric weight and that the missing items left their warehouse on 26/11/2020. Till date no delivery or even waybill number for the missing items received.
