Follow up on the last review

I have bought items in October and still got nothing after I was told admin more than 5 times that I will be receiving my items on a certain date and still today i havent received anything, there has been a lot of excuses for not delivering but the last one was that "some people that have nothing to do with me have opened whatsapp groups and the laywers are dealiing with them and this is delaying my delivery"...i have asked for my money back several times but no i am told about empty deliveries
