Comunication and owning up to the delays can be managed better
On the Memo dated 3rd November we were promised that all outstanding deliveries will be sorted in 14 days and everytime you ask if you will be in the next tracking list you are forwarded or referred to the Memo, the due date for the 14 working days was on friday the 20th and i havent received the tracking list, my niece hasnt....the worst part about this company the responce from Admins is normally not professional, people pay a lot of money here and i think the decency of professinalism would give people a bit of understanding, if you missed a date lke you did 20th communicate immedietly with your customers about the problems being faced not just keep quiet.
I referred a friend and my sister to the group, both their numbers are on the tracking lists from October but still not received their delivery. Even if my number appears in tomorrow or whichever day's list i will probably wait another month for delivery, but lets see the number on the list at least.
It is clear that WA Auction have delivery problems, my suggestion instead of opening more auctions and have more and more backlogs while people are still paying, sort out all the backlogs first once everyone receives delieveries then start over with Auctions again. I am even willing to pick up my deliveries and forfiet the money i paid for the service.
Commmunication on the memo which i read thourouly and sent to my lawyers by the wa said "all current and existing order will be completed in 14 working day".
Has this been done? No otherwise i would have received the tricking list with my number on. The latest communication says "We stated things will be sorted by Friday that passed, and we did. Everything is back on track and parcels will all be delivered this week. We are also compiling a huge tracking list for all parcels that have not recieved waybills yet." Which has been sent to my lawyers as well.
Before you blame people that you have never met about "being rude and not reading communication" you get your facts right".
The rudeness and unproffessionalism is actually from your reply by grouping me with people and trying to make me feel small about my comment calling me "YET ANOTHER MEMBER"
