WORST MOVING COMPANY!!

We used them for 2 moves.

1st Move was for my parents. We booked a truck and they showed up with a bakkie and trailer. They arrived about 6 hours later than booked time. We had to pay extra and my father had to help with his own bakkie. They said that my mother never gave them a list of furniture that had to be moved and so it is unfair to expect them to move everything in one load. (although she clearly said she had a 3 bedroom house). We were very unhappy with their service.

2nd move I thought I will give them a second chance. This time I gave them a list of furniture to be moved. Move was scheduled for the Saturday. They couldn't honour this and moved it to the Sunday, offering to move the second load for free. It became too late to move the second load and came back on the Monday to do the second load. They didn't do the second load for free and we had to pay for this.

The list of items that I gave them is the content of a 1 bedroom flatlet. My husband and I had done the same content move in February and we were able to do 3 loads with my father's kia bakkie alone. With their Colt bakkie and 4 meter trailer they were unable to do the full move and there were still furniture left that they didn't move.

When I contacted them to complain about their service. They just said that I am condescending and rude and the photos that I sent them with the items that they had moved does not mean anything to them and I am rude and dishonest. ???

Save yourself the head and heartache, the time that you are going to sit around and wait for them to show up and the money that they are going to make you pay extra and DONT USE THEM.
