If I can give them a zero star rating I would have. Not professional at all. Came to pick up my furniture to move from Pretoria to Welkom with a 4 ton truck and a 3m open trailer. when they arrived I said to the driver that all my furniture will not fit on the truck and the trailer. The guys from W2JD Movers agreed that all my furniture and boxes will not fit. They said they will load what they can and then I must leave the things that do not fit in the house. So I told them that is not an option, I think all will agree on this. So they left and I gave Debbie at W2JD Movers a call and ask to refund me on my deposit of R7000. She said to me that debit orders have gone off on this money I paid them and they will see what is left and then we can make an arrangement on how to pay back the rest of the money that went off on debit orders. She never came back to me, the next day I gave her a call and she did not answer my calls at all. The next moment I received a WhatsApp message the will not pay back my deposit due to service rendered. So make sure not to pay a deposit before you are sure your all your furniture will fit on their truck and trailer.
