Don't want to Refund!!! Poor service

I bought a Sauna 2011. Paid in full. When Product was delivered, it wasn't what I was expected.....sent it back in 3 days. NEVER BEEN REFUNDED...waiting since 2011. Billy has a bad attitude and very unprofessional.<br> Still to be refunded....R 12 000!!!! Contacted his brother (Currently at XTL company), not interested to help. Billy work now at STOCK MARKET COLLEGE..... no efford to pay me back my money!!!
