Using our vehicle for private use while it was booked in for repairs

My boss took his car in for repairs at the above company on a Wednesday - repairs on shocks etc. That same day we paid over R 33 100.00 for the repairs. The next Monday the car was still at W & S

I had to go shopping for stationery and was amazed when I saw Fred's car at Carnival Mall. I decided to wait and see who is using his car. After about 45 min 2 ladies with shopping bags climb into his car. I took some photos on my cellphone. When they started the car - the car made a very sharp shrill sound, and that was one of the reasons the car was taken in for repairs. I followed the ladies - the driver went over a red robot and I had to stop, when I caught up with them they were driving around in Dawn Park, again I took some photos.

I got back to work and requested a tracking report on that vehicle. The report showed that the vehicle was used over the weekend - Oakfield Shopping Centre etc. So when we finally got the vehicle back the Thursday, I discussed this with the owner Shaun. I asked him what would happen if she was in an accident. His reply was that they do have insure for incidents like that and that she just had to go and pick up something . I told him that now they owe us R 2000.00 because the detailed invoice that I requested was only for R 31 102.45 - I handed him the R 2.50 cash. He said he will let his wife who was driving the car transfer the money. She only transferred R 1800.00 and I assumed she took the R 200.00 for fees because she never returned my emails with the reason as to why she deducted the R 200.00

With this I would like to make people aware that this company's owner allows his wife to use your vehicles while it is in for repairs and that doesn't stop her from driving over a red robot, the fine will be for your account if you don't have any trucking device in your car. Think twice before you take your car to this company.
