FAILURE TO Respond and pay back my money. Bad attitude of the receptionist

It is very difficult to find a person who is in charge of my account. The receptionist on the otjer hand has got a very bad attitude. Just this morning I called looking for Mr Malcom who is in charge of my account and the receptionist drop the phone on my ear before I could leave a message and her reason was the fact that she had another call coming in. As for Malcolm he lways requests that I send emails to him but he doesnt respond, lately a lady by the ame of Bianca has been assissting me andshe was very much professional and I was at peace until I was told that she is on leave until January. this company is incharge of the transfer of the hoise that I was buying in King Dinizulu, the owner has since decided not to sell the house because of the bad service that we received from WE White Attorneys. I have lost a house and now Ive requested that they pay the money back the money which inpaid for their services. Ive written an email as er their advice and there is no response and no one is telling me when Im going to get my money. Their offices are going t close soon and im going to be left not knowing if im gwtting my money back or not. I regret going to tjis place for assistance
