Warranty Excuse

<p>Why bother with a 10yrs warranty if you going to find some arb excuse not to pay, both geysers in my house have failed and both your products, left me without water for 7 days while you decided not to tell me you were not honouring your warranty, reason given via receptionist, galvanised pipe attached to geyser ? What ???</p>
