The hotel recruited alot of talents all over the world for 2 year contracts with 6 months probation.

So what's happening now is that the company doesn't make money as planned so all the new talents have to suffer for their poor management skills. The HR requested that the management team to review most of the talents with False performance reviews so they can terminated their contracts without pay. Even though the contracts says they should give the new talents a 1 month notice before termination. The company failed to follow its own contract policies, the new talents don't even have money to go home from their country's airport when we ask about that we getting answered by that's yours problem when you are in your country.

How can you do a performance review on 2 months while you said it's 6 months probation that doesn't make sense at all.
