Tombstone Nightmare

The worst service at the worst possible time. We engaged this company to erect a tombstone for our dearly departed. We paid the required monies, then months went by with no communication or sign of developments.

When, finally, we went to their head office, it was story after story of why they couldn't install the the stone. Every single time we had to call them or go there because they couldn't be bothered to update us. They kept on making the same single mistake on the inscription, getting the dates wrong, I do mean EVERY TIME. They take the headstone back to have the dates fixed, only to pitch up the next time with the wrong dates when coming to do the installation. Save your loved ones from the added stress, Do Not Deal with this company. Any other tombstone company but this one. Five months later we are still waiting for them to inscribe the correct dates!
