Tombstone Nightmare

The worst service at the worst possible time. We engaged this company to erect a tombstone for our dearly departed. We paid the required monies and then months went by with no communication or sign of development.

When, finally, we went to their head office in Onderstepoort, it was story after story about why they couldn't do the installation.

Then they kept on making the same single mistake over and over and over and over again! They got the inscription wrong.

Just when we thought they were ready to install, they picth up at the site with the headstone having the wrong dates inscribed. They took it back to correct the inscription. Days later they came back to install, but guess what, the dates were still wrong on the headstone. Like I said, same single mistake in perpetuity. Unveiling date came and went. Five months later we are still waiting.
